These Terms and Conditions apply tO ALL BOOKING MADE TO ROAD KINGS VIETNAM, including but not limited to tour packages, transportation services, accommodation arrangements, and motorbike-related services.

By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

In this document, β€œCustomer” refers to the individual making the booking and/or any person on whose behalf the booking is made.

πŸ‘₯ Minimum Participant Requirement

Minimum Participant Requirement

All Road Kings Vietnam tours require a minimum of six (6) confirmed participants to operate.

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Road Kings Vietnam reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to commencement. In such cases, all payments made for the affected services will be refunded in full, or, at our discretion, an alternative date or service of equal value may be offered.

No additional compensation will be provided beyond the refund of amounts paid.

πŸ§₯ Rain Gear (Where Applicable)

On certain tours, we provide complimentary rain gear to enhance your comfort.

All provided gear must be returned in the same condition as issued.

Replacement fees apply for damage:

  • Rain pants: 500,000 VND

  • Rain jacket: 700,000 VND

If you do not agree to this policy, please bring your own rain gear.

All routes, itineraries, schedules, accommodations, vehicles, and activities are subject to change due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Road or safety concerns

  • Availability of services

  • Operational or logistical requirements

No compensation is provided for such changes.

⚠️ Important Notice for Last-Minute Bookings

Bookings made within 48 hours of the intended start date require WhatsApp confirmation before payment.

Your booking is not confirmed until we explicitly confirm availability.
During busy periods, services and staff may be fully booked.

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change due to:

  • Exchange rate fluctuations

  • Supplier price increases

  • Taxes or government fees

  • Seasonal or operational changes

If costs increase after booking, you may:

  • Pay the difference, or

  • Cancel (cancellation terms apply)

We are not liable for price changes beyond our control.

A non-refundable deposit of 500,000 VND per person is required to secure a booking.

Once paid, deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

🧾 Full Payment

Full payment must be made in cash upon arrival, before check-in or tour commencement.

Accepted currencies:

  • Vietnamese Dong (VND)

  • USD $100 bills only, clean and undamaged

❌ Cards, coins, or small USD bills are not accepted.

Failure to pay in full will result in denial of service.

After deposit payment, a confirmation email will be sent containing key details such as:

  • Start date

  • Pick-up location

  • Transportation information

If no confirmation is received within 48 hours, you must notify us.

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Incorrect contact details

  • Failure to notify us

  • Customer refusal to use booked services

No refunds or exchanges are provided for unused services, including:

  • Transportation

  • Accommodation

  • Meals

  • Activities

No-shows are charged 100% of the tour price.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any booking

  • Adjust itineraries

  • Substitute accommodations

  • Remove participants for safety or legal reasons

We are not responsible for losses caused by:

  • Weather

  • Government or police actions

  • Traffic conditions

  • Group dynamics

  • Events beyond our control

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

No refunds for:

  • No-shows

  • Missed services

  • Visa issues

  • Flight delays or cancellations

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to obtain valid visas and entry permits.

No refunds are provided for:

  • Visa denials

  • Delays

  • Incomplete documentation

🚫 Cancellation by Us

If Road Kings Vietnam cancels your booking, you will receive:

  • A full refund, or

  • An alternative service of equal value

No additional compensation is offered.

We are not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Extreme weather

  • Government restrictions

  • Mechanical failures

  • Fuel shortages

No refunds or compensation will be issued in such cases.

All participants must carry valid passports, visas, and required permits.
Failure to do so is the customer’s responsibility.

Tour prices do not include insurance.

Customers are responsible for obtaining coverage for:

  • Medical expenses

  • Cancellations

  • Theft or loss

  • Accidents

Road Kings Vietnam is not liable for injury, loss, damage, delays, or additional costs incurred during participation.

All related expenses are the customer’s responsibility.

We try to accommodate dietary needs, but customers must verify suitability of meals themselves.

Road Kings Vietnam acts solely as an agent for:

  • Transportation providers

  • Accommodation providers

  • Activity operators

We are not responsible for incidents caused by third parties.

πŸ“ Claims & Disputes

All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of service completion.

Disputes will be handled through the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC).

πŸŽ‰ TαΊΏt Holiday Pricing

Tours during TαΊΏt (Lunar New Year) are subject to a 30% surcharge across all services.

πŸŽ’ Luggage Storage

Storage is provided only for tour duration.

  • Bags must be labeled

  • No currency stored

  • We are not liable for loss

⚑ Power & Utilities

Power, Wi-Fi, or water interruptions may occur in remote areas.
No refunds apply for such disruptions.

🏠 Accommodation Rules

Customers must comply with Vietnamese law and property rules, including:

  • Valid ID at check-in

  • No drugs, weapons, or illegal activity

  • No indoor smoking

🏍 Motorbike & Self-Driving Responsibility

Customers who operate a motorbike:

  • Must demonstrate safe riding ability

  • Are legally and financially responsible

  • May be required to switch to Easy Rider at their own cost

🧾 Liability Waiver – Motorcycle Tours

⚠ Assumption of Risk

Motorcycle travel involves inherent risks. Participation is voluntary.

Customers release Road Kings Vietnam from all claims related to injury, loss, or death.
